Documented forums and continuing contact
Southern Metropolitan Region
In August 2023 Davis told Parliament he had hosted forums featuring the IPA’s John Roskam. A July 2025 parliamentary travel report records a telephone discussion with senior IPA members about Victorian policy.
Events and personal contact
Hansard on 31 August 2023 records Davis hosting a forum with the IPA’s John Roskam, calling him a friend and describing their conversations. Roskam independently described the Davis-organised event on an IPA website. This establishes direct contact and an event relationship. The separate 2025 travel report already in this collection was not freshly verified in this audit.
